I am not sure however if we are talking here about the (production) line along which the machine works or the line, i.e. product range, of machine XYZ. Is there any more context?

: "respects", maybe; "aspects" - never heard it in this context.// Well, to me, the telling point is that "aspects" is generally followed by "of" (a subject), where here the subject is precedent and to me, "in all respects" is consequently correct.
