This is a description of how a company supplying software develops the product and includes the phrase: "Documento técnico (cuadernos de carga) de análisis de los desarrollos que se hayan acordado necesarios". The "cuaderno de carga" is given to the programmers by the analyst but I haven't been able to find the English equivalent. Can anyone help?

I'm suggesting the option "detailed specifications" because this is a common way of calling the set of instructions which the analyst gives the programmer, describing what the program should do and how it should be written - and it corresponds nicely with the phrase "En él el analista detalla las especificaciones que el programador debe seguir" in the wikipedia definition above:

If you really want a formal-sounding English term to correspond more directly to the formal-sounding Spanish term "cuaderno de carga" you could use "technical specifications document" instead of "detailed specifications":

: I haven't heard this term, and googling ["specifications form" programmer analyst] nearly all hits are either "...specifications. Form" or "these specifications form" ("form" as verb) or "specification form {sic} which" (where "form is a typo for "from").

In clinical trials a "Cuaderno de recogida de datos" is a "case report form" in English, I supposed "cauderno" in this sense means "form"

Well, it's a long, long time since I heard that term... must have been 20 years since I wrote one of those...
OK, let me briefly explain how software development works:
- The system architect writes a specification (what the system does)
- The analyst makes a preliminary design, then a detailed design (how the system works internally to do what the architect states it should do)
- The programmer receives the detailed design , then codes it
The detailed design defines the data classes, the interfaces, the different modules that form the design, possibly also the GUI, and a summary (usually text description, or pseudo-code) of what each module/function does. Thus, it contains everything necessary to describe how the program works, except the code itself.
The programmer, based on this detailed design, then produces the code. The term "cuaderno de carga" comes from the very old days, when the code had to be loaded (manually) directly into the computer.
