Peggy Huang (asker) Oct 14, 2008: I have asked the client to clarify. At first, I thought it might be a typo but I am not sure if it is a new word.
Shirley Lao Oct 14, 2008: I think it is a typo for "Quotes" such as News & Stock Quotes in newspapers.

This is a southeast asia way of typing Quotes, that is all, not really a typo so to speak, but not exceptionally common either.
