Please be aware that today there are three entitlement systems, one for XXX and one for XXX and XXX EVS (Entitlement Verification Service). Plus we have registration/entitlement systems for XXX connection. All of these present a very confused picture on entitlement both to XXXn internal employees and also to our customers.
