A low threshold may encourage more patenting and can result in patents with dubious utility or no utility. That can also result in patent thickets and may result in an anti-commons situation.

Je souhaiterais connaître la traduction officielle de ces deux termes. S'il n'en existe pas, le client souhaite que l'on indique un équivalent, mais je ne peux pas laisser les termes en anglais.
