Translating for an auction catalog. This particular translation deals with furniture, sculptures, basically antiques on auction for home decor. I'm struggling with "residenza", as I know it's not to be translated as "residence" since it's only a meter and a half high and was made for a cathedral originally. Here is some context:

Di forma architettonica con colonne corinzie, decorata con ghirlande di frutti e putti, la residenza fu eseguita nel 1769 da questo famoso argentiere napoletano (del quale tuttavia è sconosciuto il nome) per il Duomo di Napoli e fu di proprietà dell’Arciconfraternita di Santa Restituta dei Neri o meglio conosciuta come Compagnia della Morte.
