Cash available before Treasury flows

English Bus/Financial Accounting cash flow
What is meant here under "Treasury flows"? This is at the bottom of a cash flow balance. Does it mean "cash available before taxation"? Or?

mother company. = Parent company, we don't use "Mother company":-)
With your additional information, It does look like they would use a "flow chart" set up to allocate funds to subsidiary companies under the umbrella of the parent company.

At the end it turned out that "Treasury" is a department in the company in question. Just at the bottom of the last Excel sheet there was an e-mail for more questions: [email protected]. And as it is a corporation with many companies around the world I interpreted this as the cash available before a certain amount of it goes to the mother company. Thanks a lot everybody!!!

I think it may be "the money in the account before it is distributed to pay debts fees, and expenditure." they may be using a "flow chart" system to track expanses.
