15.4 Arbitration
(a) If the senior executives fail to meet, or if the Dispute is not resolved by the senior executives, the Dispute shall be referred to arbitration, for final determination under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with those rules.
(b) The arbitrator(s) *shall have power to rule on their own jurisdiction to hear the arbitration* including the validity of the arbitration agreement.
(c) The language of the arbitration shall be English.
(d) The arbitration shall take place in the venue stated in § 5.
(e) The arbitrator may award whatever interest the arbitrator considers reasonable.
