"Vouchers of Rights means the originals of vouchers of rights arising from the Business obtained by the Pledgor in accordance with laws, including but not limited to Mine Exploitation Certificate, Land Use and Possession Right Certificate, Administrative Approval and originals of contracts in relation to the Business.
