I am not sure how to translate 'достижения' in the following sentence. A literal translation does not seem to make sense:
'Разработка препаратов базируется на современных достижениях биофармацевтики, по всем препаратам проводятся доклинические и клинические исследования в сравнении с эталонными препаратами.'
