La noi aşa i se zice. Uneori se scrie în două cuvinte (post holder), uneori se scrie cu cratimă (post-holder), şi uneori se scrie într-un singur cuvânt (postholder), nu cred că prea contează cum îl scrii. Un alt termen pe care l-am întâlnit este "jobholder", dar nu cred că este la fel de frecvent.

Echivalentul german ar fi Stelleninhaber, iar LEO îl traduce în engleză prin mai multe, dar parcă holder of a position îmi sună cel mai bine. Dar sigur-sigur nu ştiu dacă nu o fi vreun termen şi mai bun în engleză.
