catéter portador para anclaje tisular (anclaje de tejidos)

Supongo que tratas de traducir algo parecido a esto:
http://www.usgimedical.com/eos/usgi_gcath_description.pdf

Un "delivery catheter" es un catéter portador:

Yo lo traduciría como catéter portador para anclaje de tejidos o anclaje tisular.

Saludos a todos y feliz primavera

Tissue Anchor Delivery Catheter

g-Cath™ Tissue Anchor Delivery Catheter with Expandable Tissue Anchors™

The g-Cath™ Tissue Anchor Delivery Catheter with Expandable Tissue Anchors™ is an integral part of the g-prox™ tissue approximation system. The catheter ends in a hollow needle and contains a pair of Expandable Tissue Anchors™. The surgeon manually advances the tissue anchors to deliver them on either side of a tissue fold or apposition. Then, the operator uses the g-Cath to bring the two anchors together with adjustable tensioning (similar to a traditional suture). The tension flattens out the Expandable Tissue Anchors™, securing the tissue.

DEVICE FEATURES:

* Expandable Tissue Anchors™ distribute forces
* Constructed of polyester suture and nitinol
* Adjustable tensioning
* Creates plications or approximations
* Excellent In-vivo durability
