Tijdens de AST1-metingen was voedingsgroep 1661 nog niet gereed en mocht derhalve niet op spanning. Derhalve stond schakelaar N van AT Aveling uit. Dit is ondervangen door de feeders via de dwarsverbinding ter hoogte van emplacement Pernis (HVLkm 12.047) te koppelen.

As you will notive from googling the term, 'supply group' often refers to power supply companies, organisations etc.. The term can also mean the groupwise supply of electrical power to devices, installations, circuits etc.

electrical circuit

During the AST1 measurements, electrical circuit 1661 was not yet ready for operation and therefore could not be powered up (i.e. had no voltage).
