Whole body autoradioluminograms in rats revealed that radioactivity passed quickly into tissues of the entire body after dosing, and within 5 minutes, high radioactive concentrations were identified in most tissues (markedly in the blood, kidney, submaxillary gland, and urinary bladder; and were lowest in the brain, cecal contents, eyeballs, gastric contents, large intestine contents, and the spinal cord).
