I cannot find this anywhere. "Las mencionadas inspecciones completas conllevan inspección documental (licencia de pesca, rol de despacho, diario de abordo, planos de bodegas), inspección de capturas, inspecció de artes y aparejos y comprobación del SLB." Does anybody know what this term means in English please? Many thanks.

: This is correct. Despacho is the procedure for inspecting the boat. The "rol de despacho" is the inspection certificate from what I can ascertain from the Ministerio de Fomento site.
