Думал, что опечатка, но термин в документе повторяется. Гуглится не очень хорошо – бывает в сети всего 1 раз. Заранее спасибо за помощь!

Probably, I should have indicated the level of confidence as "medium" as I rest only on my supposition: if the rocks cannot be deemed to be impermiable beds (see context), then they can be considered to be permiable strata, containing spores transferred with water (http://www.ebio.ru/org26.html) So, another definition can be used: spore-containing/bearing strata

I'm not really familiar with спорический as an adjective for spore, tho' I've translated untold thousands of words in the stated sciences over the course of a half-century, that doesn't mean it's not. But if that is the case, then "kompleks" is "assemblage," as in many other geology-related sciences.
