: Nice food for thought. 但个人认为，如果这样解释的话，此英文句子的语法就变得怪怪的了。"In connection with" 一般是用来形容动词来讲此事与什么有关。再者，如果"not covered"要修饰"services/supplies"的话，在此次的情况下，如果不用 "which are not.."有些说不通。关于"the,"既然"Agreement"是大写，就有可能如同法律文件一样，可能是在这句话之前已被定义说"某某/此 文件在此会被称为'the Agreement'"
