The second half of the same sentence as before. Again, I imagine this is a Tuscan expression.
The local landowner is complaining about poachers on his land, and the fact that his gamekeeper hasn't managed to catch them.
"Ora una sera li balzello io, e vedrai se gliela levo la sete col prosciutto."
Obviously, I'd like some idiomatic equivalent, if one exists in English.
