Again, from a family court order declaring a couple's eligibility to adopt. One of the couple's main "conditions" regarding the adoption is that the child be of a certain age, or at least no younger than X number of years so as to maintain their other (adopted)son's sense of being the older sibling.

I could be wrong, but the 'first born' idea gives me the idea of them all being born in the same family, but since we're talking about adopted children, maybe the older/elder solution might be more appropriate
