This is in a medieval announcement to the people that a new guy is going to be collecting taxes in the region. Might be a derivative of the modern verb "hacer"??? Any help is appreciated...
...me vos enbio encomendar e vos fago saber que Abraem Bocha, judío, vesino e morador en el castillo de la judería de la dicha villa de Lorca, ha de aver e de recabdar las rentas de las alcavalas de estas dichas villas e de cada una de ellas, este dicho año de mill e quatrocientos e quarenta años, ***por renta que de mi fizo, a toda su aventura, sin descuento alguno, *** con las condiçiones de nuestro señor el Rey, e con las condiçiones con que se arrendaron las alcavalas del dicho obispado este dicho año.

From vulgar Latin, the initial "f" became "h" in Castilian. We can still see this remnant in Portuguese, in which "fazer" is "hacer"

: Yes, the literal translation might be '(collections) which he imposed/executed upon me' but in English, 'collected' should suffice. This depends on the register of English that is being used for the rest of the translation, I should think.
