This would work best in this context, I believe. You would definitely want to avoid "oral skills" in this context......

As a descriptor of skills within either an academic or vocational context , I think you will find "Written Communication" and "Verbal Communication" used more frequently than any of their possible synonymous counterparts, including those suggested here thus far.

: Again - RH: VERBAL has had the meaning “spoken” since the late 16th century and is thus synonymous with oral. Slightly earlier, VERBAL had developed the meaning “expressed in words, whether spoken or or written (as opposed to actions)”.
