I want to avoid using 'intestinal heaviness' here. I've seen a few hits on Google but not I'm convinced it is the correct term to use.
La ACIDEZ es el indicador de la cantidad de ácidos grasos libres que hay en un aceite. Asimismo nos indica la calidad del mismo y no su sabor, garantizando que el aceite ha sido elaborado con aceitunas sanas.
La baja acidez de (olive oil brand) con un índice de acidez inferior a 0,2 permite que la digestión del bebe sea mejor evitando la **pesadez intestinal** y mejorando el descanso.

gripe
as we're talking about babies, and this is a common "complaint" with young babies meaning nothing more specific than a nasty tummyache that keeps baby crying - sometimes for hours on end... :( :(
This has nothing to do with "intestinal distortion" which is something far more serious (suffered by horses?)
