Catalan term

retirada doctrina

Catalan to English Law/Patents Law (general)
This term appears in the text of a court ruling as follows: "Aquesta Sala ha de resoldre la referida petició de prova d'acord amb la retirada doctrina de la Sala..." I can't identify a meaningful equivalent English translation. Any help much appreciated (even if it's to validate 'withdrawn' or 'retired' doctrine)!

reiterated case law

I agree that there's a spelling mistake, but I think "doctrina" should be translated as "case law".

Note from asker:
Many thanks for this, Ross. There are one or two blatant typos/spelling mistakes elsewhere in the text, but although 'retirada' seemed entirely illogical, I couldn't be sure it wasn't a very obscure term... I've gone for 'consistent case law'. Gràcies again!
Peer comment(s):

agree Tony Isaac : 'Consistent' fits well, assuming it's 'reiterada'. I can't see any meaningful interpretation with 'retirada'.

reiterated doctrine

Maybe there's an error and the original text says "la reiterada doctrina"; it would make more sense... Otherwise, I think withdrawn would be the best option.
Note from asker:
Moltes gràcies, Asier! Deu ésser un error en el text original. Records cordials.
Peer comment(s):

agree Berni Armstrong : It would certainly make more sense. Why would a court make a decision based on a formerly valid doctrine (that is no longer valid, one assumes).
