Like you said, dottore is the equivalent to Bachelor's degree. Editoria means publishing and scrittura is accounting. I guess this person has two bachelor's degrees in two different fields, publishing and accounting.

: Daniel, the three year degree roughly equivalent to our BA gives the title of dottore too, but agree with Shera that's it's probably a laurea specialistica. However the two systems aren't entirely equivalent so I'd avoid being overly specific

If you google this term, you will see that practically all references are to a two year specialisation after completion of the three year foundation degree.

: Neat way of sidestepping the problem of establishing what degree is equivalent to a laurea. I also agree that these programs are often called journalism programs (at least at North American universities)
