Here's the rest that refers to a wine bar. No other context I'm afraid.
Coperto all'americana e bancone per cocktail al Wine Bar. Cucina semplice, soprattutto di carne.
I am unsure if "coperto" refers to a cover charge "all'americana" (which I've never heard of) or if it refers to the covering/roofing of the bar (could it be a covered terrace?) as it is followed by "cocktail counter".
Anyone familiar with this?

I think "all'americana" here means that placemats are used instead of a tablecloth.
