In a Small Business Insurance policy it defines Gastos Permanentes as follows:
Gastos de personal; dotaciones para amortizaciones; dotaciones a las provisiones (excepto las de existencias, para insolvencias de tráfico, para valores negociables a corto y largo plazo y para insolvencias de crédito a corto y largo plazo); gastos financieros (excepto pérdidas en valores negociables a corto plazo, pérdidas negociables a corto plazo y diferencias negativas de cambio); arrendamientos y cánones; gastos de investigación y desarrollo; reparaciones y conservación; servicios bancarios y similares; publicidad, propaganda y relaciones públicas; otros servicios; tributos que no giren sobre el beneficio de la empresa; otras pérdidas en gestión corriente; las partes permanentes de gastos en servicios de profesionales independientes, en primas de seguros y en suministro; así como cualquier otro gasto que por especiales características del negocio tenga el carácter de permanente.
