深夜 (Shinya)
There are a few ways to say this in Japanese, but I believe the shortest way, which would probably be best for a name, is "Shinya."
深夜 (Shinya) means "in the middle of the night" or "late at night" rather than 12:00am exactly, but to say 12:00am exactly would require a more lengthy statement such as "shinya no juu ni ji" (literally 12:00 in the middle of the night).
Another way of saying it is 真夜中 (Mayonaka).

reiji-れいじ-零時
"Reiji" means zero hours, as in 2400 hours, or midnight, in English 24 hour time.

A little bit more of a fighting name than mayonaka or shinya.
