Portuguese term (edited):
Dará continuidade ao atendimento
will take over your request
Note that "dará" is the future tense, which fits the English side as well, while "informamos que" is superfluous in Portuguese and does not carry well into English. Also "dar continuidade" is a stock phrase which, in this case, merely indicates a transfer of responsibility. Hench, although "continue" and "service/assistance" might be needed in a literal "translation", a proper English translation of the given fragment (in thos context) would be:
Regarding your e-mail you message/request has been routed to online technical support, which will take over your request.
Regarding your e-mail you message/request has been routed to online technical support, which will take over your request.

Thank you.

: Trata-se aqui de "dar prosseguimento, continuidade" a um processo de atendimento composto de várias etapas e já em andamento e não de "assumir o controle ou comando" (take over) do processo./The expression "take over" is out of place in the context.

Conforme já explicado acima, trata-se frase feita usada automaticamente em português (note o cliché "dar continuidade" em vez de "continuar"), mas não em inglês. Significa, de fato, passar adiante, "hand over".

Maybe in this case, "online support will follow-up with your service request...
