Towards third parties, in all circumstances, the Company shall be, in case of a Sole Director, bound by the sole signature of the Sole Director or, in case of plurality of directors, by the signatures of any two Directors together or by the single signature of any person to whom such signatory power shall be delegated by any the board of directors or the Sole Director of the Company, but only within the limits of such power.
