"Knusprige Brote und marinierte Köstlichkeiten runden das Raclette erst richtig ab - und raffinierte Salade wie dieser."

Je n'arrive pas à intégrer cette expression dans ma structure :
"Des pains croustillants, des délicatesses marinées ainsi qu'une salade comme celle-ci couronneront la raclette."

C'est à mon avis le sens ici, autrement dit "ce n'est qu'avec ces ingrédients que la raclette en sera vraiment une"...

Je reformulerais donc ainsi :

Accompagnez votre raclette comme il se doit de pain croustillant, etc.
