Spanish term

disciplinarios

Spanish to English Social Sciences History
This word seems to be used as a noun in this essay on Argentine history (again!).

In a discussion of what is poder tutelar, it says
El poder tutelar integraría elementos de soberanía como disciplinarios.

Tutelary power integrates elements of sovereignty as ??

disciplines?? That doesn't make sense to me.

"elementos de soberanía" and "elementos disciplinarios" is how I would read it.

To be clear, my reading is essentially: "(tanto) elementos de soberanía como (elementos) disciplinarios"
