Spanish term or phrase: "Vid. por todos"
Hello everyone,

In a legal text there are a lot of Latin abbreviations, including "vid." ("see"), but what does it mean when vid. is followed by "por todos" and then by one or more references?

The phrase appears numerous times in the document, but this time it is after the statement "cada vez de manera más autónoma e intensa, los Estados que participan en este proceso de integración han ido demostrando su interés por esta cuestión" FOOTNOTE to this point:

As it is just one reference, where does the "por todos" fit in? Is it referring to the "estados", i.e. for a list of all the nations, see this reference?

Thank you!
