Consequently, the Employee undertakes not to directly or indirectly, individually (whether as independent contractor or otherwise) or through any legal entity in which the Employee may have any remunerated or not remunerated interest (whether as key management employee (Cadre Dirigeant), officer, director, shareholder, partner, employee, owner or otherwise):

(ii) prospect, solicit, contact in any manner whatsoever, the partners meaning any firm, Organization or other person who, during the period of twelve (12) months ending on the date of the termination of the present Employment Contract, was in the habit of dealing with the Organization or who at the date of termination of the present Employment Contract was negotiating with the Organization or which the Employee had dealt with in the course of his employment during the period of twelve (12) months preceding the end of the present Employment Contract.
