Ich selbst musste diesen Begriff noch nicht übersetzen. "Zulässige..." steht in Anführungsstrichen und der Begriff aus dem Ausgangstext steht in Klammern dahinter, weil ich diesen Übersetzungsvorschlag nicht belegen kann. Der Grund dafür könnte sein, dass das europäische Verfahren etwas anders funktioniert. Bitte lies Dir hierzu die Texte durch, auf die ich unter "Web references" verlinkt habe. Eine "allowed patent ... application" (USA) scheint eine Anmeldung zu sein, die bereits als genehmigungsfähig anerkannt wurde, bei der aber zur Erteilung des Patents noch einige formale Schritte fehlen.
