Коллеги! подскажите, может кто знает какой общепринятый русский вариант данной фразы? Мой вариант на данный момент - "повторная рекламация". У кого какие мысли?

Идея у Вас правильная, только, скорее всего, речь не о рекламации, а о чем-то более общем (предлагаю - жалобе). Понятно, что если менеджер попробует "отписаться", то очень вероятно, что жалоба будет повторяться с вариациями и много раз.
