Secondo me più che stabilire un momento preciso si intende che queste attività devono entrare a far parte della routine lavorativa e che quindi vanno pianificate come ogni altra attività con cadenza periodica/regolare (potresti anche utilizzare "cadenza", che a me personalmente piace di più, ma occorre rigirare la frase). HTH
