I copied and pasted "whole swatches" so you won't be able to click onto the "websites" I provided, but if you enter the term "non-foreign invested enterprise", etc. you'll get many examples.

It is a "domestic company" as cinefil states, however, it is clearer to make the distinction by adding "non-foreign invested." (In other words, it is not a foreign funded (overseas funded) enterprise/company)

So far, I could find 内資企業 used only in the of China related context and think that all concerned parties understand without detailed description that it means the companies/enterprises established by the domestic capital in China.
