English term

Settlement Award

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general) Class Action Settlement

"Claimants will receive a Settlement Award based on the amount paid for..."

Muchas gracias.

agree Richard Boulter : Other clarifiers that could be included with 'indemnizacion' are 'judicial' and 'acuerdo/convenio', since the context is an 'award by authority', here, and the 'settlement' connotation is based on the concept of 'agreement'; 'award' is the actual money.
