"Delivered" hace referencia a la entrega "a domicilio", que en este caso es de suponer que se trate de hospitales o clínicas, por lo que "entrega" me parece ambiguo, aunque tampoco me satisface por completo mi propia sugerencia. Y yo lo separaría con un punto, si no queda raro.
