This phrase occurs in a legal opinion on the timeliness of requesting a stay of proceedings (in Spain), several measures not yet having been carried out.
Context:
"Folio XXX: no consta que el mimo haya sido alzado, ni que la CRI esté cumplimentada en su totalidad".
I'm also not sure what the CRI is - some kind of order sent to a non-Spanish authority requesting investigations, I think.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

There is no record that the latter has been appealed. I'm afraid I'm not sure what CRI is referring to.

| Thank you, Ruth. I don't think this is it. In fact I'm now pretty certain it's a typo for "el mismo", and the sentence means "there is no evidence that the letters rogatory have been issued" (CRI standing for letters rogatory). |
