Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): writeaway

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

skimmed

Skimmed yoghurt is the type of yoghurt with the lowest fat content, traditionally around 0.5 percent. Similarly to milk, yoghurt can be classified into three groups : full fat, semi-skimmed (or reduced/low fat) and skimmed (where most of the fat has been removed).

agree Susanne Creak : I was just googling the same term ("skim yogurt") - you were quicker :-).

diet

diet yoghurt perhaps?
Peer comment(s):

neutral TonyTK : My understanding is that "Diät(joghurt)" still has quite a bit of fat but no sugar - and that "mager" has less fat than "fettarm".

low calorie

as a further alternative
Peer comment(s):

neutral Colin Rowe : Not necessarily. Could have virtually no fat (this refers to the milk content), but be packed full of sugar!

That's true. You are right.

fat-free

as in full-fat, low-fat and fat-free

Cf. Magermilch - skimmed milk, which can also be referred to as fat-free milk
Peer comment(s):

neutral Colin Rowe : How about "virtually fat-free"?
6 mins
Virtually is good, but "fat-free" is very often the term used in packaging, and is indeed permitted by the EU provided that the fat content is below 0.5 g per 100 g http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2...
agree Inge Meinzer : designation on the packages in my fridge

Ultra low-fat yogurt

Tricky one! The fat containt is even less than low-fat and there isn't such a thing as a "skinny yogurt" so maybe "Ultra low-fat yogurt

Peer comment(s):

agree Colin Rowe : This is certainly closest. "Fat-free" is too extreme IMO. Either "ultra low-fat" or "virtually fat-free".

low fat

This may be skimmed or semi-skimmed, simply meaning it has less fat than full-fat, but not necessarily as little as "ultra low-fat".
Example sentence:

Low fat yoghurt only 0,1%fat, Yogurt Magro (Low fat yoghurt) ... Magerjoghurt mit 0,1% Fett

Low-fat yoghurt, ... Magerjoghurt.

Peer comment(s):

neutral Susanne Creak : I would think this calls for a different term if possible, as "low-fat" is already used to translate "fettarm" (see question)

skim yoghurt

There are three types of yogurt: regular(whole milk), low-fat and skim. Low-fat and skim yogurt are good for people who are on a cholesterol lowering diet or just simply watching their weights. These types of yogurt does not raise blood cholesterol levels. (see link)

For what it's worth:

"virtually fat-free yoghurt" googles particularly well!
Peer comments on this reference comment:

agree Susanne Creak : If the wikipedia article is correct, maybe two of the terms suggested above ("skim" and "non-fat"/"fat-free") should be used to translate njbeckett's particular list. I.e.: "Fruit yoghurt, skimmed/non-fat"
