Even if a 'Special High Risk' underwriting licence is required, Company units may write Special High Risk reverse flow business for other Company units, without holding a Special High Risk licence, provided that the initiating unit has the necessary licence. This does not extend to reverse flow business on behalf of Strategic Network Partners where reference should be made to the Global Network Department.
