'enclosure lelak[age]' would make the meaning perfectly clear; apparently, it is reduced to 'enclosure' in line with a data sheet format; AQL specification may provide a further hint on this kind of defect

PS enclosure может быть 'включением' только в смысле приложения к посланию в конверте, а все остальные значения укладываются в формулу 'something that encloses' [e.g. Merriam-Webster's Online]; 'включения' как дефект(!) = нарушение однородности материала = inclusion, как правило, в литых изделиях из металла(!)
PPS 'логично' - такой же "сильный" аргумент, как 'всем известно'; других доводов за 'включения' не существует, как и примеров в аналогичном контексте
