hola! estoy traduciendo un folleto que promociona un edificio y aparece la siguiente frase: "Las imágenes son sólo a modo ilustrativo".....pero no puedo encontrar la "collocation" en inglés para expersar esta idea...
any idea?

merely as an example

It's not about "illustrations", but that the images are simply an example of the type of property being hawked.

As mentioned above, the standard disclaimer phrase is along the lines of "Images [used] for illustrative purpose only"...
