English to Russian Other Insurance

It is agreed that coverage hereunder is subject to the following downgrade clause:
Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy to the contrary, the Insured or Reinsured shall have the right to give 30 days noticet o reduce or terminate any individual Insurer's participation in this policy if the rating of such Insurer is downgraded to a level below A-as issued by Standard & Poor's, such notice to be given within 30 days of downgrading
