Italian term
terminazione
Italian to English
Tech/Engineering
Telecom(munications)
telecom contract
As before, from a contract in which a telephone company grants the use of its network to another operator. Not sure what terminazione means here:
Example of context:
"l’Ospitato ha manifestato il proprio interesse ad acquistare da TELEPHONE CO. il Servizio di WLRH al fine di offrire un servizio di fonia alla propria clientela utilizzando la rete di TELEPHONE CO. per il trasporto e per l’eventuale ***terminazione*** del proprio traffico originato WLR;"
Thanks again

termination
I came across this term some years ago while editing a long document from English to Italian for an Italian telecommunication company. "Terminazione" is a literal translation of "termination" - I guess for lack of an appropriate Italian term.

dovrebbe significare la terminazione della linea (cioe' all futente finale). Worth looking up some telecom sites etc like the one I quoted here, to make 100% sure. I am sure but only up to a point ng up - I have never been ace in telecomm stuff.
