English to Slovak Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) agreement

The parties hereto agree to submit to the jurisdiction of each of the federal and state courts located in New York County, New York in connection with any matters arising out of this Agreement and not to assert a defence of forum non conveniens, sovereign immunity, Act of State or analogous doctrines in connection with any action.
