One more way of spelling "Amerika Gasshukoku ni kami no onchou ga arimasu youni" in Latin letters is:

Amerika Gasshukoku ni kami no oncho ga arimasu yoni.
( I took out two u's as you can see by comparing the two sentences. Both ways of spelling are acceptable when converting Japanese into Latin letters.)
