Even though the text has 'bystrepen', I think it probably should be 'bijstrepen'. However, I have not heard of this term before.

I think that you have to be a little more positive here since it seems to be pre-production items that should be ignored if production has already taken place.

in de volksmond betekent "bijstrepen" vaak een streepje of streepjes toevoegen aan een reeds bestaand (imaginair) rijtje streepjes, maar je komt ook markeren tegen en dat zal, als ik het allemaal goed begrijp, hier wel het geval zijn

wat zijn/ is "xxx", ik bedoel, je hoeft het niet te "verraden", maar om wat voor entiteiten gaat het?
