Note that "apparel" sound quite old fashioned, and modern parlance prefers "clothes/clothing".
In Spain "vestuario" in theatrical/cinema terms usually refers to what in English is called "wardrobe" and clothing in general is simply called "ropa".

: My "neutral" is not a criticism; I just don't know the answer. But I thought you might be interested to know that in the UK "white goods" means refrigerators, washing machines etc. Apparently it did once mean linen, but I've never heard it used like that.
